Registration, payment, cancellations, and credits

Payment is due in full at the time of registration. A registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days after payment is made, provided the request is received no later than three calendar days before the scheduled class. The earlier deadline controls.

Unable to attend

If you cannot attend a regular scheduled class outside the refund period, Prepared Paws will provide a class credit for the full amount paid for the class. The credit may be used toward a regular scheduled Prepared Paws class within 12 months of the original class date. After 12 months, the credit expires and has no cash value.

Prepared Paws cancellations

If Prepared Paws cancels a class, you may choose a full refund or a credit toward a future regular scheduled class.

Minors

Minors may attend only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Both the minor and accompanying adult must register and pay for the class.

Special-request classes

If the scheduled class dates do not work for your group, contact us to request a private or public class on a specific date and time. Special-request classes require at least four registered and paid students. Payment is due in full when each student registers.

Special-request class dates are not refundable. If a registered student cannot attend, Prepared Paws will provide a credit equal to the amount paid for that student’s class. The credit is valid for 12 months from the original special-request class date and may be used only toward a regular scheduled Prepared Paws class. It cannot be used for another special-request class date and has no cash value.

First aid kit exchange policy

First aid kit purchases are not refundable. An unopened, unused kit in its original packaging may be exchanged within 30 days after delivery or pickup, subject to product availability and proof of purchase.

Opened, used, damaged, or incomplete kits are not eligible for exchange. If a kit arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within seven days after delivery or pickup so we can arrange a replacement or exchange. Any price difference for an exchange must be paid at the time of exchange. Prepared Paws does not provide cash refunds or credits for a lower-priced exchanged item.

Privacy policy

Prepared Paws collects the information you provide when you register, make a purchase, or contact us, such as your name, email address, class selection, and order details. We use this information to manage registrations, communicate about classes and orders, provide customer support, and operate our business.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, process payments, provide email services, maintain records, and measure website activity. We do not sell personal information.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics may collect limited technical and usage information, such as pages viewed, general location, device or browser information, referral source, and interactions with the site. This information helps us improve our website and outreach. Google Analytics does not give us your name, email address, or payment information unless you choose to provide those details to Prepared Paws separately.

The information on this website is provided for general educational and business purposes. Prepared Paws training does not replace veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. In an emergency, contact a veterinarian or emergency veterinary provider promptly.
